Povilas Morkūnas took 1st place. He defeated opponents from Switzerland and Czech Republic. Dovydas Šlimas took 2nd place as he defeated 2 germans.
Ugnė Janušauskaitė ir Justinas Kybartas failed to achieve high results.

Our athletes showed good results in Vilnius Cup 2017 on November 11th
Ugnė Janušauskaitė (12-14 years old ) – 1st place, defeated 2 opponents from St. Petersburg;
Ūla Jarulytė ( 7-9 years old ) – second place, won against opponent from Šiauliai;
Povilas Morkūnas (12 -14 years old) – second place, defeated belarusian and russian athletes. During final failed to defeat opponent from Russia;
Matas Janušauskas (7-9 years old ) – third place, defeated opponents from Klaipėda and Kaunas but failed to defeat opponent from Belarus;
Justinas Kybartas (12-14 years old ) – third place, failed to defeat russian athlete from St. Petersburg;
Dovydas Šlimas (12-14 years old ) – third place, failed to defeat opponent from Belarus;
Honorable mentions: Augustinas Jerešiunas, Rokas Baranauskas, Ąžuolas Jokubauskas.

Taekwondo club ,,Tajanas” athletes: Orestas Žiupsnis and Mantas Budrys took part of Europe Taekwondo Junior championship 2017 in Larnaka, Cyprus on November 2-5th
Mantas failed to defeat opponent from Denmark. Dane took 5th place.
Orestas failed to defeat greek athlete. Greek took third place.

Our athletes took part of Europe Taekwondo cadet championship in Hungary, Budapest on October 4-8th.
Our athletes had to face opponents superiority.
Ugnė Janušauskaitė failed to defeat opponent from Serbia. Serbian took 5th place of 28.
Povilas Morkūnas failed to defeat athlete from Ukraine. Ukrainian took 2nd place of 32.
